Who we are
Space was established in 2010 by our company director Mark Radford, Our office which is based at 4 The Crescent, Hyde Park, Leeds, LS6 2NW has been open since 2015
Space provides landlords with a platform to let and manage their properties, and assists students and professionals looking for accommodation in the area to find something which meets their requirements.

We also collect it to help with responding to enquiries, feedback and complaints submitted through our website and email
When is personal information collected
If you apply to let one of our properties we will ask you to supply information which is necessary for us to offer you an agreement to tenancy in one of our properties.
We log the information in our system for when we will need to lead up to your agreement and until your tenancy is terminated.
What kind of data do we collect
Personal information you provide when signing up for one of our properties, ie full legal name, home address email, Student ID etc
Contact detail of trustees/ next of kin
Booking details for those who contact for property viewings
Where is your data held?
Most personal data is on our locked computer system , with only our team members having access. Any written copies are secured in a locked filing cabinet, again with only staff having access.

Who has access to your information?
Only office staff will have full access to process and view personal information.
Maintenance staff will have your contact details, ie telephone number

You have the right to see any data Space holds on you, to do this submit a request to spaceleeds01@gmail.com providing your name and what information you require.
Space will respond within 10 working days
Your right to complain
